Diamond Grits for Sawing and Drilling
The MBX Series consists of 9 different diamond qualities to suit every different application. In addition to our existing top-quality product MBX 100 we now can offer a complete range for all applications, i.e: hard granite cutting operations, sawing and drilling of marble, wet and dry cutting for construction materials, mining applications in impregnated bits. These products are consistent quality (ISO 9001). Availability in commercial quantities from stock
MXB 100 - A top quality diamond with an extremely high thermal stability, in response for the industrial need, where high bond temperatures are required. Typical applications for this type of diamond are sawing the hardest granites, industrial drilling with high-powered machines, impregnated mining bits.
MBX 95 - A diamond similar to MBX 1.1S Concerning friability and thermal stability. A different distribution of crystals offering a higher cutting action.
MBX 85 - Tough blocky cub-octahedral crystals with smooth faces, great toughness and high thermal stability. It is suitable for cutting or drilling the hardest materials.
MBX 80 - Blocky octahedral from particularly resistant and compact. It is high toughness makes it particularly suitable for sawing and drilling of hard materials.
MBX 7- Crushed, angular particles suitable for electroplating and as filler material.
MBX 75 - Slightly more friable than MBX 2 thus giving more aggressive cutting action, thanks to its sharp cutting edges.
MBX 60 - Irregular surfaces ensure a good retention in the bond. Its medium toughness gives it a constant aggressive cutting action. A recommended diamond for marble and dry-cutting blades.
MBX 50 - A specially economic priced diamond of good quality and especially developed for small diameter dry-cutting blades for marble and general construction materials.
MBX 40 - An economy product for application in small diameter dry cutting blades.
